Howard Miller is currently SVP, Director Tech Secure® Division at LBW Insurance. Howard is a highly motivated and licensed expert in insurance and insurance counseling. Howard provides complete insurance programs and consulting with a specialty focus on technology risk and technology sector companies. Over 20 years of experience advising clients on custom insurance commercial programs, building trusted relationships, and protecting long term success for clients through risk management and insurance.
Facilitating a process to prioritize risk and protect/evolve the organization has been successful for my clients. Adding value by providing summaries of data, service timelines, expert advice, and connecting to resources.

I have campaigned cyber insurance for over 15 years. Over the last decade I have given presentations, participated in panels (alongside, legal, security and law enforcement experts), published academic articles and taught university level courses in cyber risk management. Custom solutions include creating a first of its kind group insurance program covering online bank fraud for a financial institution including serving bank customers for financial institutions; to working with organizations to address ongoing risk and insurance challenges. From a risk management perspective, I have developed a unique approach to analysis and risk identification. This has carried into matching contractual requirements with insurance and matching risk priorities with custom risk transfer solutions to protect my client’s long-term success.
