Discussion Title: How good is your incident response?
Discussion Leader: Cassio Goldschmidt, Cofounder and CTO, Reflex Security
Discussion Topic: Today I spent 9 hours working without opening my password manager once. Yet, I accessed my company’s bank, our Salesforce customer data base, our accounting systems, and our HR system. My computer "trusted" me. And because of that, it trusts anything running as me.
A new wave of AI tools, like OpenClaw or integrated browser LLMs, are taking the internet by storm. They don't just "chat"; they act. They can be controlled via WhatsApp, access your desktop, and use your identity to move data. Our personal computers were never designed for this level of autonomous access.
During the first 15 minutes we’ll reframe cybersecurity for small businesses and nonprofits around delegation, friction, and accountability when agents execute actions on your behalf. Then we’ll do what matters most: a structured conversation to share practical safeguards, reasonable controls, and resources.

As the former CISO of ServiceTitan, he built the company’s security program from its pre-unicorn stage through its successful IPO. He founded the OWASP Los Angeles chapter and holds a Master’s in Software Engineering from Santa Clara University.
