January Discussion Topic: The AI Explosion is Quietly Creating Legal & Operational Risk

About the discussion: What leaders need to know about new and looming AI State laws and their Cyber Governance mandates being enforced in 2026 and beyond. Although no Federal AI Laws are expected anytime soon, existing data privacy and HR laws are calling out modified or new AI legislation of existing regulatory and statutory requirements and they can cascade down contractually in supply chains with even the smallest businesses. With the convergence of privacy, risk, and security, risk all business are potentially impacted directly or indirectly by fast-moving regulatory and statutory requirements.
