Make a Difference This Giving Tuesday with SecureTheVillage!
Dear Supporter,
As the holiday season approaches, so does the spirit of generosity. This year, we invite you to join the global movement of Giving Tuesday on December 2nd — a day dedicated to making a positive impact in our communities.
SecureTheVillage is working every day to fortify Los Angeles — and communities nationwide — against the growing threat of cybercrime. From small businesses and nonprofits to families, children, and older adults, we help people build the knowledge and confidence needed to stay safe online. But we can’t do it alone.
We invite YOU to be an essential part of our Village.
Before the program, we had no cybersecurity policies at all. Now every board member has an official email, file access is secure, and we’ve stopped sharing passwords. I’m not a cybersecurity professional — I’m a volunteer — but now I feel confident we’re protecting the people we serve. It was incredibly valuable to learn alongside other nonprofits facing the same challenges.”
— Maddie Reardon, PFLAG Los Angeles & Cybersecurity Leaders Program™ participant
This Giving Tuesday, our goal is to raise $10,000 by December 2nd.
Your gift will allow us to:
Expand our Cybersecurity Leaders Program™ to more nonprofits and small businesses
Develop innovative tools like our Keep Your Kids Safe Online resources
Strengthen collaboration with 50+ cybersecurity partners nationwide
Protect individuals from identity theft, online scams, and fraud
👉 Your support helps protect real people — kids from online predators, parents from romance scams, and nonprofits and small businesses from devastating cyberattacks.
