Speaker: George Usi is CEO of Omnnistruct Inc a Cyber Compliance Operations as a Service cyber security management company. In addition to being a Board Member of Secure The Village, George co-chairs the California IPv6 Task Force, a not-for-profit IPv6 scientific advocacy group, and is a mentor or advisor to college, university, and continuing education programs for Sierra College, CSU Chico Sierra College, and Cyberproud.org. Finally, George architected and contributed to the first secured IPv6 interoperable network for first responders, Metronet6, where he researched and demonstrated the potential application of delay tolerant and store-and-forward next generation protocols under the mentorship from HP Fellow Jim Bound, Dr Vint Cerf, and HP Fellow Yanick Pouffary for which he was awarded the 2007 Internet Pioneer Award by his mentors and colleagues. George attended CSU Chico, is a graduate of CSU Sacramento, and a graduate from the Stanford GSB Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Certificate Program by the Latino Business Action Network.
