Our Flagship Program: 12-month team-based do-it-together Information Security Management Program.
You appoint a Cybersecurity Leader to develop and manage your Information Security Management Program.
We designed the 12-month program to require 3 - 5 hours per week, including one 60 minute workshop per month.
We educate, train, and coach your Cybersecurity Leader.
Monthly workshop: Your Cybersecurity Leader works together in a cohort with four other businesses and nonprofits, each developing their own customized Information Security Management Program.
You get your own personal Cybersecurity Coach, including a weekly 15 - 30 minute check-in.
We provide educational materials, templates, checklists, and other materials to use in documenting your information security program.

For those who don’t have staff onsite. Outsourced management of your Information Security Management Program.
We appoint a Cybersecurity Leader to develop and manage your Information Security Management Program.
You appoint an Executive to oversee the work of your Cybersecurity Leader.
Your Cybersecurity Leader meets monthly with your Executive to review program status and plans. As the program matures, meetings can shift to quarterly.
